Impact

<p>Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may lead to unauthenticated remote code execution on Element OS nodes. Vulnerable versions are only exploitable for a limited window during the boot process.</p> <p><strong>Element software 11.x and higher:</strong> <br>Clusters running Element OS 11.x can upgrade directly to Element software version 12.2 via standard processes.</p> <p><strong>Element software 10.x:</strong> <br>Clusters running Element software 10.x can upgrade to Element version 11.8 or higher and then upgrade to Element software 12.2 via standard processes.</p>
